I even changed the router and is still the same. It´s quite strange but i´ sure is not a network issue but an apache or web configguration in qnap. The fact is that i can connect form certain places and i can not from others. I opened several support tickets with qnap and everytime they didnt believe me and told me that there is a problem in my network. Hikarinoko wrote:I have a similar issue.ĭid you solve this, facing the same problem now? I noticed this started when i did a wrong redirection of ports on my ISP router (i wanted to get access to router web interface and mistakenly used the same port (8080) as QTS for both.i corrected this just a minute after but i made one access try to the QTS page in between.Ĭorrected all port redirection on ISP Router and rebooted both router and NAS. SSH Works just fine + all other Apps web pages (NZBGet, CouchPotato, SickBeard) from LAN/WAN + FTP + WebDAV. 1.72907866 (from my browser history, when QTS was working) : i'm seeing the blue background + a "loading animation" for like 2 seconds, then i get to. When i use => redirect.html?count= (i'm seeing the blue background from QTS for like a second before error) I can connect just fine in LAN (192.168.) but from WAN it's not possible (when using public IP). RAID1, shared folders and thats almost all. The overal configuration of NAS is nothing special, just the very basics. When the Public folder is connected as Z: drive, I can see the total capacity and occupied space (so my windows are somehow able to communicate with NAS), but I am not able to enter it. Maybe this is something with my windows (Win 7 Home Premium, SP1, build 7601), but I dont know what. But when I try to go to Public, it takes quite long time (like 60s) and then it says "Folder not accessible, you probably dont have rights." I am translating this from czech, so in english it may be different.Īnd the most strange thing is, that from my Linux desktop I am able to use the administration page and browse the folders, so the NAS itself is working correctly. I can see NAS in the "Network folder", when I click it, I can see the folders (like Multimedia, home, homes, Public etc.). I am not even able to connect to shared folders. And after the restart I am getting stucked exactly the same way as one month ago. Yesterday I wanted to restart my NAS, beacause there was new firmware available. If admin feels this belongs elsewhere, please move it as needed. I am a newbie, but I wasn't able to find the answer here, so I am trying to start a new thread. xxxxxxxxxx when trying to access the administration web page. TS-251+ running currently 4.2.0 (20151118), Status LED is solid GREEN, LAN1 blinking ORANGE, HDD1 is solid GREEN, but I am getting stucked on. I don't think I am some home-networking guru, but I have some strong basics in networking and Linux. SMB is not running, files are not accessible, QNAP stays as a black box with blinking LEDs. I do 10s reset, NAS gets an IP address from DHCP, I can see it in Qfinder, I can log into administration, I change the IP address and.that's the last thing I can do, because again I get stucked on redirect.html?count=0.xxxxxxxxxxx page. And when I change it from DHCP to fixed one (192.168.1.2 in my case) the page gives me link to new web address, I click it and.I am stucked again on the redirect.html page with different value of count parameter.Īfter few tries I decided to go back to 4.2.0 stable, but the behavior is exactly the same. The first thing I am trying to set is the IP address. Then I tried to do the 10s reset and I was able to acces the correct administration page and started to configure NAS again. So I tried to do a 3s reset and was not able to access it as well. And the page keeps loading (the hourglass is turning) and I am not able to access the administration. When I try to open the administartion web it redirects me to. And since then I am experiencing strange behavior. In the release notes there was something about virutal switches, that I wanted to try, so I upgraded to last 4.2.1 build. I downloaded Virtualization Station and moved my Linux server part of my current box there (it's basicly DNS, DHCP and MPD server running on Arch) Everything was going well until Beta upgrade appeared. I moved my data there, set up some basics like IP address and simple SMB sharing. Few days ago I purchased TS-251+-2GB and 2TB WD RED to replace my home-brew Linux NAS.
